For 22 years, I proudly served in the U.S. Navy. It was a career that taught me discipline, problem-solving, and the importance of a job done right the first time. After retiring, I did what many veterans do—I put on a tie and found a good office job. But I quickly discovered that the "cubicle life" just wasn't for me.

I missed the satisfaction of building something, of fixing a stubborn problem, of stepping back at the end of the day and seeing the results of my hard work. I realized my true passion was working with my hands and helping people in a practical, meaningful way.

So, I traded my keyboard for a toolbelt and launched Honey Do Handyman.
